I primarily serve clients in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, and Woodland Park.

My groomer requires my dog to stay hours, sometimes all day, how long does it take to do my dog with a mobile?
Grooming salons groom a larger volume of pets. With mobile your pet gets one on one attention from a professional groomer start to finish and you don't even have to leave your driveway! Your pet is groomed in the mobile unit just outside it's familiar surroundings, which he can see outside the windows! Grooming time normally averages 1 to 2 hours PER pet. Grooming time will greatly depend on the breed and condition of the coat. Your pet is never caged or in a room filled with other barking dogs.

I work a lot and and my schedule is hectic, how do you work around it?
On the first visit we would prefer the owner be present to discuss what style and any health concerns you are aware of about your pet or that we may find the first time. After that, if you are comfortable and satisfied with the service, your presence will no longer be required! A lot of our clients will leave some sort of access to the pet while they are away at work. They come home to a clean professionally groomed pet and didn't have to spend the day waiting for their pet to be done on their days off! Mobile is great for those busy households who love their pets but need their days off to do other things rather than arranging their day around a grooming salon's

Do you groom cats?
Yes, we love to groom cats. We are very sensitive to their special needs.

What do I need to do to get mobile service for my pet?
All you need to do is pick up the phone and give us a call or send an email to set up an appointment! Be advised to plan ahead and call to make your appointment now before your pet is due for his next appointment as the books are usually full 1 to 2 weeks in advance, especially around the holidays. Appointments are usually scheduled Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm (earlier hours can be arranged) and one Saturday out of the month, usually the second Saturday.

What are your grooming rates?
Grooming rates vary and greatly depend on breed, temperament, condition of coat and difficulty in the style. Some breeds left with a longer amount of coat that require scissoring take longer and time will be a factor in the overall rate. Also,there are additional charges for extra dematting.
